Good start, but needs more detail. Explain the what and why, and / or put in references to the relevant chapters in the Intel Manuals, so that a reader can understand *what* is necessary, and *why* it should be done this way. In the end, a tutorial should resemble a textbook chapter, not a forum posting.

JamesM gave me permission to use the old revision with code based off of his tutorial, so I'm rolling back to it. --Earlz 01:34, 26 February 2012 (CST)
