Dial-up users

I think that the OS-dev wiki may need a simpler look, because i've heard some people use dial-up and it'd be a lot more faster for them, i could make one with no images, just css. Also please considering updating mediawiki, it's old! --Stinkfly 12:30, 5 January 2008 (CST)
